How WaveX AI Crypto Analysis Works
WaveX reads the crypto market the way a technical analyst does — through wave structure — and turns what it finds into a clear trade plan. This page explains what happens between a price chart and the setup you see.
Elliott Wave analysis
Markets tend to move in repeating waves: impulses in the direction of the trend and corrections against it. Elliott Wave analysis describes these waves and the rules that separate a valid count from a guess. WaveX counts waves on live price data across several timeframes.
Reading market structure
A wave count only matters if the surrounding structure makes sense: where the swing highs and lows are, which pivots are real, and whether price has already broken the idea. Structures that fail these checks are discarded instead of being forced into a pattern.
Finding a potential setup
When a wave sequence completes its correction and the structure stays valid, WaveX flags a potential setup. It then checks that the risk is acceptable and the idea is still fresh — a setup that is stale or already invalidated is not shown.
Entry, Stop Loss and Take Profit
Every setup has three kinds of levels. Entry is where the setup activates. Stop Loss is where the idea is invalidated and the trade is closed with a limited loss. Take Profit is the target; WaveX uses two targets, so part of a position can be secured at the first one.
The role of AI
AI does the scanning: it works through many trading pairs and timeframes around the clock and applies the same checks every time, which is slow and error-prone by hand. It also explains each setup in plain language. AI does not predict the future and does not place trades for you.
Your decisions and risk
WaveX provides analytical information, not financial advice. You decide whether to act, how much to risk and where to place orders. No setup is guaranteed to work: a Stop Loss can be hit, and losses are part of trading. Never risk money you cannot afford to lose.
