This policy defines the unacceptable ways of using WaveX and protects the users, data and infrastructure of the Service.
The following is prohibited
- gaining or attempting to gain unauthorised access to other people's accounts, data, APIs, administrative functions or infrastructure;
- circumventing payment, request limits, access restrictions, anti-abuse and security controls;
- mass-extracting, scraping or reselling signals without written permission;
- distributing malicious code, creating excessive load or interfering with the operation of the Service;
- using WaveX for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or other unlawful activity;
- using the WaveX brand to mislead users;
- presenting WaveX AI results as guaranteed facts or guaranteed profit.
Measures in case of a violation
If a violation is reasonably suspected, WaveX may restrict functionality, temporarily block an account, request additional verification or terminate access where necessary for security, compliance with the law or the protection of other users. The user's rights to the paid period are preserved to the extent required by mandatory applicable law.
