This Policy describes how personal data is processed when you use usewavex.com and WaveX services. Until a separate operator is registered, no fictitious legal details are published; once the operator is registered, its full name and contact details will be added to this document.

1. What data may be processed

• account data: user ID, name or nickname, Telegram data (ID, username, first name and profile photo), email (if provided), language, time zone, settings, avatar (a sticker or an uploaded photo);
• sign-in and security data: sessions, time of last sign-in, technical security logs; a password hash, if a password was set during an earlier email registration;
• technical data: IP address, browser, operating system, device, timestamps and diagnostic logs;
• usage data: pages opened, actions in the personal account, history of requests and signals, use of features;
• website visit statistics: the page, the referring site, country, device type and browser, and an anonymised daily visitor identifier; the IP address is not stored in these statistics;
• subscription and payment data: plan, status, amount, currency, order and transaction ID; payment is accepted in cryptocurrency through a payment provider, and WaveX does not receive bank details;
• support requests and conversations with the support assistant;
• cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookie Policy for details);
• affiliate programme data: referral ID, earnings, payout requests, payment details for payouts, and a WEEX UID if you provided one to receive a discount.

2. What the data is used for

• creating and maintaining the account;
• providing signals, analytics, and free and paid features;
• delivering notifications about signals, Entry, TP, SL, cancellation/expiry, the account and payments;
• tracking free-signal limits and subscriptions;
• processing payments through the payment provider;
• security and prevention of abuse and fraud;
• diagnosing errors, visit statistics and improving the product;
• supporting users and meeting legal obligations.

3. Legal bases

Depending on applicable law, processing is based on performance of a contract, legitimate interest, a legal obligation and/or the user's consent.

4. Third-party providers

To operate the Service, WaveX uses the following providers, which process data on WaveX's behalf and only to the extent needed for their function:

• hosting and delivery of the website: Vercel;
• database: Prisma Postgres;
• sign-in with Telegram and Telegram notifications: Telegram;
• accepting cryptocurrency payments: Plisio;
• sending verification-code emails: Resend;
• bot protection at sign-in and registration: Cloudflare Turnstile;
• AI-based support assistant: Anthropic;
• public market data: Binance (no personal data of users is sent).

The list may change; the current version is published in this Policy.

5. AI provider

So that the support assistant can answer your question, the text of your messages and the necessary context of your request are sent to an external AI provider (Anthropic). The market data used for analysis does not contain users' personal data. Do not send passwords, access keys or payment details in the support chat. WaveX does not claim that data is never shared with third parties: it is passed to the providers listed above for processing.

6. International transfers

Providers may be located in different countries, so data may be transferred and stored outside the user's country. Where applicable law requires it, transfers are made using the mechanisms provided by law.

7. Retention periods

Data is kept no longer than necessary for operating the Service, security, resolving disputes and complying with the law. Account data is kept while the account exists; payment records and security logs are kept for as long as required for accounting, dispute resolution and compliance with the law.

8. User rights

Depending on applicable law, the user may have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. To exercise these rights, write to support through the chat on the site; once the operator is registered, an official contact will be given here.

9. Security

WaveX applies reasonable technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the nature of the data processed. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Users under 18

WaveX is not intended for persons under 18. If it becomes known that data of a minor has been collected contrary to the rules of the Service, WaveX takes reasonable steps to delete such data, unless the law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to this Policy

The current version is published on the site with the date of the update. Material changes are communicated to users when required by applicable law.
